We wrestle for God's Team "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." -Ephesians 6:12- Who's team are you on?

My lifes Wrestles
Well for starters I love the sport of Wrestling. In high school it changed my life, so now i'm out spreading the Gospel as a Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints helping others change themselves just like my wrestling coaches helped me change from a lazy and obese little boy to a strong, hard working, dedicated young man. My Coaches helped me to change through practice and following the teams high standards for diet, self conduct, and attention to our education. Just like that, God will help you change through living his standards or comandments. He wants you on his team, and to be productive.

Day in Day Out
One thing about practicing any sport day in and day out, it takes diligence, dedication, and devotion. An athlete can only reach his or her full potential when they are totaly comitted. This is a fact. You may see success uncomitted but you wont go nearly as far as you could have. In life, Jesus Christ is the only person that lived up to his full potential perfectly. He set a perfect example for us, now its up to us to follow that example to become as dillegent, devoted and dedicated as we possibly can. In this we will be able to dominate our opponent and return to our Heavenly Father.
"Pray always, that you may come off conqueror; yea, that you may conquer Satan, and that you may escape the hands of the servants of Satan that do uphold his work." - Doctrine and Covenants 10:5

He organizes His team
Well...I have been thinking once again about wrestling and how it applies to living the gospel, and just like any wrestling team the head Coach (Heavenly Father) has assistant coaches (Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost). He calls captains (Apostles) a head captan (the Prophet) to lead the athletes (members of the church). Those involved in sports know a team unorganized becomes unruly and will not follow the Coach's game plan. Just like this, our Heavenly Father's Team is also Christ's Team, therefore the true Church of Jesus Christ is organized, well kept, and has a game plan with strict rules that one must follow to be on the team. In the end...the team will be victorious!
